Bullfighting is both disgustingly cruel and gaudily camp - ballroom dancing in a slaughterhouse if you will. The so-called 'fights' are frequently rigged, the bulls almost always doomed to die in agony. It's closer to animal sacrifice than a blood-sport - and, god knows, blood sports are abhorrent enough! I am a Hispanophile and my wife is Spanish, but this really is Spain's shame. The EU needs to take a stand here. No Roman games in 21st century Europe. Period.

Makes me sad & embarrassed to be human. Just so awful. It's clear these innocent beings have feelings. Tired of humans thinking they're so superior to everything in this world & nothing else matters.
